By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

HoD provides a digital platform where users can:

Explore designs and 3D visualizations.

Select preferred designs with location-based pricing.

Book consultations or request project execution.

Access subscription or installment-based home acquisition plans.

Disclaimer: All 3D designs, renderings, and animations are computer-generated images for illustration only. Completed projects may differ reasonably in materials, dimensions, and finishes due to technical or environmental factors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Registration and Accounts

To access some services, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

You agree to notify HoD immediately of unauthorized account use.

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made in full or through installment/subscription options.

All transactions must go through authorized payment channels.

Non-refundable: Once construction or processing has begun, payments cannot be refunded, except as required by law.

HoD may review and adjust service fees, pricing, or plans at its discretion with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, graphics, logos, and materials are the property of HoD.

Users may not copy, modify, or exploit content without written consent.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.

Make timely payments.

Approve or respond to design/contractual stages promptly.

Understand that delays caused by inaction may affect timelines and cost.

8. Limitations of Liability

HoD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Reasonable variations between 3D images and the final home are not considered defects.

Construction timelines are estimates; external delays (e.g., weather, regulations, materials availability) are beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

HoD may integrate with banks, insurers, or fintech providers.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or terms of such third parties.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

HoD makes no guarantees that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We do not warrant that every home design will be available at all times.

Home completion timelines are subject to professional, technical, and regulatory processes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, they will be referred to mediation or arbitration in Nigeria under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

For international clients, disputes may be handled under ICC or UNCITRAL arbitration rules.

12. Termination of Services

HoD may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Payments are defaulted.

Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use is detected.

Users breach these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HoD, its founders, staff, and partners harmless from claims, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with recognition of international standards applicable to foreign users.

16. Amendments

HoD reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our platform. Continued use implies acceptance of any changes.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between HoD and its users.
