Every residence is published under the studio's own name. Drawings remain the studio's work; we license the right to deliver them.

A design is documented once to a delivery standard, then activated by clients as a fixed-specification product rather than re-drawn per enquiry.

You earn on each client activation of your design, settled after the activation is confirmed.

Apply
Register the studio and submit a short portfolio of built or documented residential work.

Review
We assess buildability, documentation depth and fit with the catalogue.

Document
Approved studios prepare the design to the delivery pack standard, with our technical team alongside.

Publish
The residence enters the Design Library as an activatable product, credited to the studio.

Earn
Each client activation records an earning against the studio in the partner workspace.

Eligibility.
- 01A registered practice or accredited architect.
- 02Residential work that has been built, or documented to construction standard.
- 03Willingness to work to a fixed delivery specification.
- 04Capacity to answer technical queries during live builds.
Accreditation is reviewed case by case. Studios that are not yet ready are told precisely what is missing and may reapply.
