Account details you provide: name, email address, phone number and country code. Project information you submit: selected design, chosen state and city, land status, land address or preferred location, budget band and any modification notes.

Delivery records created as your project progresses: milestones, site evidence photographs with their capture location, messages exchanged with your delivery team, payment references and ledger entries.

Partner applications: builder, design studio, land, supply and referral applications include the contact and professional details submitted in those forms.

To create and deliver your project, to verify site progress, to calculate and pay design royalties and referral commissions, and to keep an audit trail of financial and staffing decisions.

Access is restricted by role. Your project information is visible to you, to the programme manager and execution team assigned to your project, to quality assurance, and to platform administrators. Design studios see activation and royalty information for their own designs only. Site evidence and design assets are stored privately and served through time-limited links.

Project, financial and audit records are retained for as long as necessary to operate and account for delivery. You can request a copy or correction of your personal data, or deletion of your account, by contacting hello@homes-ondemand.com.
