Homes on Demand is a platform for selecting, configuring, activating and tracking the delivery of home products. Creating an account means you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information about yourself, your land and your intended project.

Browsing designs, land information and delivery content does not create a contract. A delivery relationship begins only when a home is activated and the activation terms shown at that point are accepted.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Administrative, programme management, quality assurance, builder and design studio access is granted by Homes on Demand and cannot be self-assigned.

Prices, timelines and specifications are shown as published by Homes on Demand at the time of viewing. Where a price is not yet published, the platform states that plainly rather than estimating.

This policy describes how the platform operates today. It is drafted for legal review and will be updated as the platform and its partner agreements mature.
