Designs remain the intellectual property of their authoring studio. Platform branding, written content and delivery methodology remain the property of Homes on Demand.

Public pages show conceptual imagery and spatial previews only. Construction-ready drawings, dimensions, structural detail and services layouts are released through the project workflow to the parties delivering that project.

This policy describes how the platform operates today. It is drafted for legal review and will be updated as the platform and its partner agreements mature.
