Partner Terms

Studios publish designs they are entitled to license. Homes on Demand reviews each submission before publication. A royalty percentage is recorded against each published design and accrues on every activation of that design, with each accrual visible to the studio and auditable.

Publishing a design does not transfer its intellectual property. It grants Homes on Demand the right to market, price and deliver homes from that design and to credit the studio by name.

Builders are assigned to specific projects and receive access only to those projects, their milestones and the documents required for execution. Site evidence must be captured on site; location metadata is recorded with every upload.

Land offered through the platform must have title documentation available for review. No land is presented to customers before that review.

Referrals are attributed through a partner's issued referral code. Commission is confirmed only against a genuine qualifying activation, and each attribution carries a visible status: pending, confirmed, void or paid. Partners see only their own referrals.

This policy describes how the platform operates today. It is drafted for legal review and will be updated as the platform and its partner agreements mature.
